Rosewood Residences Lido Key

Welcome To Rosewood Residences Lido Key

930 Benjamin Franklin Dr, Sarasota, FL 34236

To be the first – the first Rosewood property that is exclusively residential – carries stature but also the weight to make history, to get everything absolutely right. We embrace this journey, confident that each interpretation will exceed expectations. These are more than homes, they are spaces that exist on purpose, no matter how communal or private, meticulously crafted to facilitate thoughtful and enriched living.

What is unique here is essentially, everything.

The notions of originality and creativity take on new meaning at Rosewood Residences Lido Key. The guiding ethos being Rosewood’s trademark of Enriched Living®, a mantra that guides architecture, interior design, and especially personal services – every touchpoint and nuance is imagined with eyes wide open to all that is possible. And for its 65 owners, the possibilities are endless. This begins with artful, elegantly understated residences – spaces that are a stage for extraordinary living.

This is the art of Rosewood hospitality

The Rosewood story began in 1979 with the renovation of a historic mansion in Dallas, Texas. The Mansion on Turtle Creek remains an icon in the world of hospitality to this day and a blueprint for all subsequent Rosewood endeavors. The ambition was to create a distinctive, luxurious, residential-style collection of properties, each to deliver a unique ambience and style defined by a gracious and passionate attention to detail.

A SENSE OF PLACE®

Unique to the Rosewood experience is a curated Sense of Place® conveyed through memorable personal journeys that are subtle, nonconventional, yet exquisite and relevant to the Gulf Coast culture. Even before the first sketches, long before interior design, we begin with understanding how the locale will inform our path. Throughout this evolution that ultimately leads to a highly serviced lifestyle, our intentions are to curate original moments, culturally relevant, but explored with fresh eyes. Our view is that this approach offers an experience and lifestyle where every day can be extraordinary.

Our team sets out to understand the needs of our owners, tailoring services and anticipating needs, allowing us the ability to get to know them and create unforgettable moments that will consistently surpass every expectation.

To Stir the Soul

In the epicurean centers of the world, you will find some 130 Rosewood restaurants. Many are the most acclaimed in the destination, venues where reservations are coveted. This owes to a view that food is more than nutrition; it is the centerpiece of human culture. It moves our senses, anchoring the relationship with our heritage, our families and friends, our bodies and the earth. At Lido Key, owners will find a creative culinary experience certain to again be the envy of the destination.

Living Lido

If you must go out, why not stroll? This neighborhood, both on and off the water, is anything but pedestrian. Paddle out, paddle in. Pedal out, pedal back. It’s steps to St. Armands Circle or a hop across the bridge to Sarasota’s endlessly walkable neighborhoods.

Lido Above All

While the keys around Sarasota were still largely undiscovered, it was Lido that John Ringling could see was the most special. Among all the keys, Lido remains so today – its three mile, hundred-yard wide beach on the Gulf is the region’s most beautiful, and arguably, most private. The rest of the island remains low density, native and natural. Ringling also saw the promise of St. Armands, today a circle of boutiques and restaurants where there’s music and events year ‘round – one weekend an art festival, the next a rare automotive club with a hundred relics on display.

St. Armands Circle

Just a stroll from Lido Beach is St. Armands Circle, the hub of the island’s social wheel, with exquisite dining, luxury boutiques, and a full calendar of events, you’ll always find something to pique your interest. John Ringling of circus fame envisioned this circle and its park graced with Italian statuary — an ideal spot to take a break from browsing the curated wares of purveyors of high-end fashion. Savor candlelight dinners under the stars or grab a delicious ice cream cone and refresh yourself while you people watch. Why not indulge yourself at The Met — a fashion house, day spa, and salon that takes pampering to the next level.
